Bobby's Burgundy ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Bobby's Burgundy mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

Bobby's Burgundy is an invite-only wine inventory browsing application. The App allows approved users to browse a curated wine catalog and place non-binding reservation holds on items of interest. The App does not facilitate, process, or conduct any sales, purchases, financial transactions, or payments of any kind. No pricing displayed in the App constitutes an offer to sell. All purchasing arrangements, if any, occur entirely outside of the App through separate channels.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information, provided directly by you or by an administrator on your behalf:

• Account information: Full name and email address, created by an administrator when inviting you to the App.
• Profile information: Phone number (optional), which you may add to your profile.
• Push notification token: A device-specific token used solely to deliver push notifications you have opted into.
• Age verification status: A confirmation that you are of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction. This is stored locally on your device only and is not transmitted to our servers.
• Session identifier: A randomly generated device session token used to enforce single-device access for account security.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

We want to be explicit about what the App does not collect:

• Payment information, credit card numbers, or banking details
• Government-issued identification or identity documents
• Precise geolocation or GPS data
• Browsing history, cookies, or cross-app tracking data
• Health, biometric, or genetic data
• Contacts, photos, or other device content (camera access is used solely for optional wine label photography within the App)

4. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used exclusively to:

• Authenticate your identity and manage your account
• Display your name within the App
• Send push notifications about new inventory or reservation updates, based on your preferences
• Maintain account security through single-device session enforcement
• Communicate with you regarding your account or reservation holds

5. No Sale or Sharing of Personal Data

We do not sell, rent, lease, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for marketing, advertising, or any commercial purpose. We do not engage in cross-app tracking or targeted advertising.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform with encryption at rest and in transit. Access to user data is restricted through row-level security policies, ensuring users can only access their own information. Administrator access is limited to authorized personnel.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account remains active. If your account is deactivated by an administrator, your data may be deleted at our discretion. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

8. Alcohol-Related Content Disclaimer

The App displays information about wine products, including names, regions, and vintages. The App does not sell, deliver, ship, or facilitate the purchase of alcohol. The App is an informational catalog and reservation tool only. Users must confirm they are of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction before accessing the App. It is the user's sole responsibility to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws regarding the viewing of alcohol-related content and the purchase of alcoholic beverages through any separate channels outside of this App.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for anyone under the legal drinking age in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will promptly delete it.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for push notifications at any time through your device settings
